OWNER’S WARRANTY POLICY

Lil’ Orbits, Inc. warrants to the original retail user all parts of the Lil’ Orbits machine to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. Our ‘No-fault Maintenance Program’ provides for a flat-fee based component repair / replacement for the lifetime of the equipment.

Regardless of actual cost of repair / replacement, the customer pays the following: (fees subject to change)

  • $75 per repaired or replaced Hopper Motor, Pump Motor, Heating Head, Tray or Bowl set.
  • $100 per repaired or replaced Servo Motor or Gas Module (warranty repair of gas-fired machines does not cover any user modification or tampering to gas module, which will render the warranty void).
  • Any and all shipping costs.

This program is only valid if:

  • This warranty certificate is filled out by the original purchaser and received by Lil’ Orbits within 10 days of the date of receipt.
  • Mail to 8900 109th Ave N, Ste 100, Champlin, MN 55316 or fill out the form above.
  • Only Lil’ Orbits mixes are used with this equipment. (The small profits we make on our mixes help finance this program).

This warranty is non-transferrable.

Without warranty, any repairs or replacements after your first ninety (90) days will be done at current shop rates plus parts and any shipping costs.

THE FOREGOING IS THE ONLY WARRANTY BY LIL’ ORBITS AND LIL’ ORBITS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE LIL’ ORBITS MACHINE.

Lil’ Orbits sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair, adjustment or replacement (FOB its plant), of defective parts. LIL’ ORBITS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OCCASIONED BY THE MACHINE OR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT THERETO.
