Output: One 50 lb cube of solid shortening melts to approximately 7.5 gallons.

One cube of our solid shortening, when melted, produces enough to fill your SS1200 machine 2 times, and your SS2400 machine once.

Once full, please plan on an approximate ratio of one cube of shortening for every two bags of donut mix.

For best results, empty and replace your machine every 40 hours of cooking time.
