How does the warranty work?

Your donut machine is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days.
Thereafter, for as long as the original purchaser of the Lil' Orbits donut machine continues to own the machine and continues to use Lil' Orbits donut mix, Lil' Orbits will repair or replace any faulty component of that donut machine for a flat fee of $75.00 per component and $100 per servo motor. Some restrictions apply. All repair part prices are FOB Minneapolis.

To register your Lil' Orbits equipment and activate your warranty: Click here or mail your registration postcard to us within ten days of your receipt of your new Lil' Orbits equipment. Failure to register your equipment warranty could result of loss of your warranty coverage. we will happily confirm your registration information through the internet link above or the warranty registration postcard.

We do not have service available for Donut Man brand donut machines.

What about my Uni-Matic II machine?

The Lil' Orbits Uni-Matic II machine is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days, and for a full year against defect in parts.

What about used equipment?

Any equipment that is attained from any source other than Lil' Orbits, Inc. is not covered under our lifetime warranty. Warranties cannot be transferred from owner to owner or purchased from Lil' Orbits. If you are looking to purchase used equipment from any source other than Lil' Orbits there are a few things you should consider to be sure you are getting the best deal possible. There have been several scams and thefts reported to us from customers who have utilized Craigslist, Ebay and other similar sites, please be wary.
